How to make a separate page for your WordPress blog feed.

WordPress has a built in function, that allows people to create a static
homepage, while including another page for the blog. This is most often seen
for business websites. You can have a traditional page for people to visit, but
you still get the power of the blog. Since it is now a widespread trend to include
a blog on your business site, this is a timely tip.
First step is to create two pages in the backend of your WordPress. Simply
name them whatever you want, although I would suggest you title one Home,
and the other Blog. Of course you can use whatever names you want as well.
Some people like to call their blog page “News” for example.
Once you have those pages created, then navigate to Settings -> Reading
where you will see the following page:

Make sure you choose the static page and then just
use the drop down menus to name your front and
blog page.
You can edit your home (front) page in the visual
editor any way you want and then you will have a
static landing page but still have the power of a blog.

Some people want to use
WordPress as a CMS for their
website. Since they are not
interested in blogging they set
a static home page.
Since blogging is important
for ANY website, this will
teach you how to create a
separate page for your blog.
